I have a question please awnser me

Roosters decide when they want to mate. He could have already started because some start before they crow. It mainly depends on the roo and what his personality is like. You could start trying to breed him right now, but no promises that he will mount.

When my rooster crows does that mean he's ready to mate or do I have to wait or what do I gotta wait for?
No, it doesn't. He'll crow for lots of reasons.:)
You have to wait for the hens to show an interest in mating with the rooster.

Ohh alright because I bought to bantams I think the may be young ,will they mate in a big cage?
If they are healthy they will mate just about anywhere. Also consider the age of any females you have with him. Cockerels will most times be ready long before pullets are, so if you have young pullets you will be waiting on them, not the male. Also be aware that just because you don't see them mating doesn't mean they don't mate.
