My first chick hatched and she’s lonely and only 1 other egg has pipped I can barely resist taking her out to cuddle 🥺! Would it be ok if I grabbed her super quick I just added more water to the bator

She’s rolling the other eggs over is it ok if the eggs pip is facing the floor!
