I have a sad little girl!

For a couple of days one of my girls (Pecky Chan) has been looking really sad, as far as i know she has been eating but she isnt reacting much when i go near her (usually she runs off!) and when im getting some seeds out for them she usually goes crazy but she has just been sat looking really sad and sleeping.

Any help please?

Her crop is really full and a little hard, ive tried massaging it a little but what do you suggest i could do?

She doesn't look well. Any other symptoms? Have you checked her for lice? How is her poop? How old is she? Any smell coming from her breath?
