I have a sick rooster

My rooster lost his crow a few weeks ago which we thought was overuse
Now he seems to be panting... gapeworms? Upper respiratory infection?
No poultry vets will come to house and the stress of bringing him anywhere would be detrimental
I am worried
All other hens are fine
Any advice useful
He is mean and we can't get close to him
I am new to this site but have a video of him
