I know you’re saying your father won’t let you have another one, but your post says you can’t afford another one, so I have to ask, if you can’t afford another chick, then how will you afford feed, and other supplies this one will require?
Also do you already have a coop in place for when this one needs it, how will you afford that?
Pets not only require love they come with expense and if your dad isn’t onboard with this then rehoming her now may be the best option in the long run.
AND if it turns out to be a rooster crowing all the time, how will your dad feel about that?
No one is trying to be mean or unsupportive by suggesting rehoming, just realistic. I hope for your sake it all works out but I hope for the chicks sake she ultimate gets what she needs and deserves.
