I have a sleeping injury.

LOL!

Once I totally spasmed my lower back when I raised my leg to shave it. Shaving injury!

I sneezed while shaving one year and took a 3 inch strip of skin right off, then the shaving foam got in the cut

Gosh, Insider. You sound like me! This weekend, I tried a fancy dive into a hotel pool (sort of a flop but straight in my mind). My right foot cramped, and that darn pool was three miles long. Halfway to the wall, I thought I was going to have to be 'rescued' by my little boy. When I finally touched bottom, I was able to flex the cramp out, but MAN!
The week before that, I had to back my DH's truck up for him. I twisted around to see out the window and my right thigh cramped.

I gave up yoga because I was becoming one big knotted muscle.

I guess the strain of moving is too much for me.

That's why I have BYC!

Sew up (or just tie some into a sock) some grains or beans and warm them in the microwave. Don't use popcorn. Cheapo solution to the microwave warmer. Just don't burn it.
Hope your neck settles down soon.

Then I'm IN! woo woo!

So when the family and friends ask what-have-you-done-this-time!
Today it's that I've run into a temporary gravitational anomoly (oh, heck you spell it).
