In case your idea doesn’t come to fruition, remember you can always do a search on any question and find great insights, advice, and often extensive discussions...your answers are probably waiting for you already.
BYC is like an encyclopedia of poultry. A university of poultry. I think you’d be hard pressed to find a subject unanswered. I have found my searches often yield more valuable info than I have found by starting new threads.

I think @casportpony has pointed this out in the past, but to remind -
another great way to find members most familiar with your problem, click on the search bar in the upper right, add a forum selection, and click user to find the most active posters in that particular forum.

Maybe you can ask one of the moderators (@BYC Project Manager @Kiki ) if they think its a good idea to add such a post or list at the start of all threads with website info and faqs: https://www.backyardchickens.com/forums/
The list can have a number of subjects. People who are cracks in something can be added to that subject on the list if they give permission.
