I have bought some chickens from ranch and home and was guarantee they were all females but this one makes an some noise and now i have my doubts. If its an hen or an rooster. Its an polish chicken Please help

Indeed that appears to be a cockerel (the technical term for a rooster under 1 year old) , per his pointed saddle feathers...

Unfortunately, even doing their best... the sexing experts at most places only claim about 90% accuracy. Some feed stores will take back misidentified boys, but many do not. Hatcheries will often refund for the mistake if it was ordered from them personally but the owner still has to decide what to do the unexpected cockerel.
