This is my first hatch..My last one was a "learning experience" that didn't hatch... I am so glad I tried again and didn't give up on hatching in the incubator.. I've got 7 Ameracaunas (bantams) in there and 3 have pipped and am SITTING ON MY HANDS!!! This is such a test in patience and I am doing everything I can to not stare for hours on end in the window......[IMG]

Update: 3 out and 2 more pipping..This is so fun!!

Congrats! I was so excited when I heard that first peep! I kept staring at the egg waiting for it to pip. [IMG]

  4. i had many "learning experiences". It is so heartwarming when you have success. It is cool how they chirp once they've pipped into the air cell. i like to chirp back at them. [IMG]

    Good luck with your hatch!

Great luck and success on this hatch...Isn't that just a miraculous sound...How life came from an egg....still amazes me!

Have a blessed and happy hatch!

    I'm so hard-of-hearing that I probably won't hear a thing!

Probably a blessing in disguise! [IMG]
