I have decided I need friends...who love chickens too!

I feel the same way, tho I can talk to my fil and mil. Poor DH is in the military and I got all the fuzzies since he's been gone and now our calls and letters usually start out with something about the chickens. LOL But I think my mil has it worse....her family has never been around anything but dogs or cats and her facebook status is usually something about the chickens..I think they are now wondering what kind of crazy person is taking care of their relative..lol

She is always posting about them. Her family don't understand how much they have done for her. She is disabled and she gets very depressed over it and with these chicks and chickens they make her happy to see them and touch them. She has never touched one before. They help her forget her pain for a little while and they bring her such joy.

that is so great. What animals can do for people is amazing. From a broken hip to a broken heart, animals can help anything. Adorable little therapists, aren't they?
