Monarc, have you ever given your quail hay to play with? Mine absolutely love to play in a large handful of hay. It keeps them occupied for hours. They will burrow into it and sleep. Jump off of it and flap wings. I love to give them stuff to enrich their short lives. Its fun to see. V.
