I have fuzzies!!!!!!!!

woke up this morning, not sure how i slept through the night last night....to find that I have 4 little fuzzies in the bator

i woke up to the sound of them chirping away.
i have several more that have pipped overnight. i didn't really have to help any of them. one this morning, i had to roll over, bc it was pipping towards the bottom of the bator...

update....so far i have 8 that have made it.

1 drown right before it got out of the egg...i should have stepped in sooner and helped. it just seemed like it was doing a great job

i feel horrible


but, the others are nice and healthy!

have about 6 more eggs....that i'm not sure if they are going to do anything or not. we shall see...........

yea, i have 9 fuzzies now. 1 i should have helped out, drown RIGHT before she busted out of the egg. She seemed like she was doing great! but died before i realized she was in trouble.
i helped the last one out also...same thing, very wet, stuck, and i was afraid the same would happen.

so, we have 9 babies living, and 8 eggs that have seen no action at all. they may be late bloomers or nothing at all.

It looks like you have the exact same incubator and thermometer/hygrometer (sp) that I am going to use next week. Would you mind telling me what temp/humidity you used for your hatch?

I workup this morning to find 4 fuzzies under my broody but one was dead but it was wet and out of the shell. I still don't know what happened to it

but it is still so exciting two more eggs for me to go.
