I have no idea what I am doing

Pics
I've been doing some house shopping and really like this. Although it says it is a chicken house will this be ok? It says it is good for up to 4 and I was thinking of getting one or two more ducks for lucky to live with. I like that there is a large outside area and it's protected for when I can't be around to let them run around the yard

Also was curious if I purchase ducklings at 4 weeks or more so that I don't have to worry about the warming. Will they imprint once I get them or will it be too late for that?

Too late. Imprinting occurs at hatch. I believe it would be ideal to get some his age asap if you expect him to be socialized to his own sspecies. Ravyn or some will correct me if I'm wrong .

Your pic doesnt show for me?

X2 on all that... the longer you wait to introduce new ducklings, the harder it will be... Lucky may refuse to have anything to do with them, or try to 'dominate' them all the time, or they may bully Lucky since there are more of them...

You pic did not show. Here's what I would dream of for your yard: Dig a nice size pond and put a floating duck house in the pond. Then surround the pond with electric fencing to protect from predators. What do you think?:D

I can't see your pic lol. I think I know which one you are thinking of. It's round with a pointed roof?

Great. Now now what do I do? Is it ok to introduce an adult duck after lucky matures?
