I have never used an HHD incubator but have used many others and have hatched out hundreds of chicks. Often times where you have your incubator can affect how it works. Maybe this thread will help you. Good luck and have fun...

Thank you, I have had to set the CAU at 9.9 or the temperature drops, its only reading 33.4c now, I can't get it any higher.The temperature is set at 37.5 but is not reaching it.?
