How do judges handle standard polish at shows? Do they physically pick them up or do they just visually look at them in the cage?
oh... well I am going to have to handle my rooster more haha. He is a bit of a brat but he does settle down. Now another question. He is bearded. Is it a default if you can see a some of his waddles? They are small but visible. You can see in the video.Every show I have have been to, a judge took every bird, with the exception of turkeys, out of the cage and handled them. Even the HUGE LF brahmas that had to be caged with the turkeys. The judges want to get a feel of the weight and condition of a bird that you can't get through a cage.
