Is this little aristocrat a white crested bantam? Wing feathers are coming in white. Oh and it is a very vocal little squirt, won't stop peeping until you put your hand in the brooder for her to jump on for crop rubs. She is plenty warm under her ecoglow just ...Spoiled. I have only had her for 4 hours. ;-)

OMG, you better not post any more pics of her or I will go crazy!!!. She is soooo cute. I can't wait to get my little polish chicks!!

I thought she was adorable too, that's how I ended up with six kids from the feed store, just because I wanted her lol!
Here are her adopted siblings. The little partridge marked had a curled toe, so I brought her home and put a shoe on her. My DH about killed me, but I really wanted that polish!!!!!!!!!

Too cute! All my babies are grown up now. Hubby will not be pleased, but I think a trip to town is going to happen this weekend. It's chick days.

Do you know what breed all your chicks are? They sure are cute. I think my poor DH is afraid to look in my brooder boxes. In the last two weeks I have been to the feed store 3 times... LOL
1st time I got two ducks and 5 Silkies, 2nd 2 Welsumers and a EE, today I got 2 more Silkies and a Cochin. Oh and add another trip. I got another duck. They haven't gotten Polish in yet so I'll be going back. ...then again I need a couple more d'Uccle. Chicken math is killing me... He did comment on my lone Seabright and ask why we didn't have more of them? I got a Echo brooder for Christmas and have loved it so far. This is the second round of chicks I have used it on, The only problem I see is that I should have ordered the larger size.

I bet your polish is a white crested black. Mine had a few white feathers come in on its wings, but by the time it had feathered out they had turned black.

Mine was with me when I went in today. I have 18 silkies, 4 Silver laced wyandottes, 2 RIR, 2 LF blue cochins, 1 minorca, 1 australorp, 10 EE's , 1 minorca slw mix, and 2 khaki campell ducklings. So 41 before I went to get chick grit today. I wish I would have taken a picture of his face when I insisted I needed a polish chick in the mixed bantams. He knows there is a six chick minimum. All he did was sigh, and when we got home said "so that's close to 50 now right?" LOL I actually felt really badly. He likes them, although I think he is going to sign me up for Animal hoarders or My Strange Addiction or Intervention or any other show on A&E. I am fully prepared for a camera crew to show up on my doorstep.
