Yep, I would immediately. .I use Oxytetracycline HCI for almost everything bc it is the only powdered/water soluble that I have east access to..but I've also used LA-200 injectable and just used it orally as my TSC was out of everything else..

Ok. I'll have to order some. Will it affect eggs at all in the future? Half of my flock are laying hens (not yet anyway. Still babies), and I would hate to lose eggs :I.

I toss all of the eggs during and for around 3 weeks after stopping in my compost pile busted. Then I only feed them back to the dogs for another week..some antibiotics have a 7 day withdrawl, some 30 days so I do 30 to be safe.
Some dont say, some says not to use in those for production but doesn't specify meat or eggs.. there's probably a sticky thread either in the learning center or at the top of the emergency forum for doses depending on how you dose and the best medicine for each ailment

Hello! New chicken mama here and very excited to have my first two polish chicks. : ) One is a buff laced, but I can't seem to figure out what the other one is!! I have been searching the internet and can't find a chick photo like this one. She (well hopefully a she) has chipmunk markings, and at 2 ½ weeks old its wing feathers are really starting to show a pattern but it doesn't quite look like "lacing" to me. Any ideas?? Thanks so much for your help!!!!

That is a red crested red chick.

Is that ^ a pure Polish? I've never seen that color but it kinda looks like a RIR with a Polish crest..not saying it is..just curious..

ETA: looked them up..very unique looking birds..I didn't even know they existed.. ♡♡ That makes more sense than Candy Corn randomly showing up like I thought..
