What a cutie! If she is off balance it may be a nerve or neurological issue. I had both a silkie and a polish with similar issues in the past. Try giving her liquid infant vitamins (such as poly-vi-sol) in her water. Just be sure it has no iron in the vitamins. Also, increase her foods with high vitamin E content. I have used raw wheat germ sprinkled on top of the food. Wheat germ is healthy for chickens and has a high vitamin E content. Vitamin E is used by their bodies to make and repair nerves. If you supply her with high doses of vitamin E for a few weeks you may see improvement. I have a little polish hen that was very off balance. She even had to use her wings to balance herself as she walked, and she had poor aim when trying to eat. After 3 weeks of poly-vi-sol drops in her water and wheat germ in her food she is so much better! She walks slower than the other polish, but no longer uses her wings to balance, and she can eat perfectly now. Good luck. Your little Carla is so cute.

Wish I could go to a big poultry show... I onlly saw a few Polish at the NY state fair this year. There was only one other 4-Her that showed Polish at the county fair, but they had a different variety than me.
