I have to talk POLISH!

Are you sure about this? I checked the Polish Breeders Club website and didn't see that LF could not be bearded. Can you send a link to your source? Tanks, always learning!
I can't link it, sorry. I have a copy of both APA and ABA Standards and I am going off that. The Polish Breeders Club has very little LF info on it...it's weird

I've got 2 polish hens!! I used to have a 3rd, but it was eaten by a coyote... =(. I think she was a blue polish.. if such thing... she was greyish bluish..
I have a bearded buff laced polish who is a foster momma to 6 chicks with a splash dutch. Her name is Daisy. I also have a white crested black polish hen, Rosie!

Hi! I m new to the breed, I traded for the B/W polish and fell in love, Ive never had a chick who loved people (and dogs!) as much as her. She is so sweet, made me want to get another, so I bought the Buff polish.

Now I want to get into breeding these guys, but any advice would be appriciated. I have some silver and gold laced, blue, and tolbunt coming in soon. Trying to find a breeder of black crested white polish too.

Thanks!

I don't breed the Black Crested Whites, but I just got some, and I am not sure they are just that, unless it's because they came from a hatchery. They have color in the wings. I see in a lot more pictures than not, that they do have color in the body. I thought I was getting an all white body. If you find someone that is breeding them, and you see pictures of them with an all white body..I would like to know who it is too! I understand the little bit of black going down the neck. Makes sense, and is pretty.

Oh, and how could I forget this...

I have the Black Crested Whites. It is hard to get the pure white body, but it is possible. This is a fairly rare color and not a lot of folks are breeding them. I started with 10 and only kept 1 roo and 3 pullets. 1 of the pullets has a less than perfect crest but all 4 are nicely colored. Give yours time to grow and molt into their adult feathers before you cull them they can surprise you.
