yep i heard cheeping about a day before they pipped and then about 12 hrs later they hatched. so in a couple days you should have babies! fun!

i heard chirping last night so once it stops raining i will go and see my new english orpington chicks!!!

Yes prayerfully they will hatch soon after hearing them chirp. My 1st clutch had a couple of chirpers, but the rest just made the tapping noises on the shell and appeared. One chick came out so fast we didn't know she was even hatching - she pipped & zipped in pretty much one quick move.
