I hear chripping..... Help

Okay well left the house around 7 am and we had one out with 3 pips..... Well we have 4 babies now and one of them wasn't one that pipped when we left. One is still struggling to get out its got almost half of the shell pecked away. It seems one of the kicks has a bad foot. It's kinda turned I hope I can share a picture since my phone likes to play games with me. But one of the chicks is huge.... And I mean huge.... How did that fella fit in an egg I have no idea. But with the other chicks foot, I know there's a way to fix it or should I wait to see if it will fix on its own.

So far I have 7 babies..... I had to take out the couple fluffy ones, since the first chick that hatched wanted to eat the other chicks toes and try to pull it around. I didn't think it would of been good leaving that one with the weak chicks. But all are still doing wonderful ^.^

What I do is most unpleasant. I take a bag and a pair of scissors - quick ly snip off the head and drop all in bag.

I'm new here, but I must ask. What do you mean here in this photo. The Chicken is prolapsed???. I mean did it die or is it sick?
