They slow down but not stop.

Maybe someone here can answer how long they lay for.
 
I live just outside Kettering. Cant get the chickens the land is to wet to get the coop and run on the land yet. March is coming and so are the chickens.

Welcome to all of you from over the pond! I am an exiled Englishman, grew up in Northants, joined the RAF and ended up in Ely, Cambs. Now living happily in North Carolina with DW - Allison, 4 dogs, 1 Roo, 4 hens (Barred Rocks) and 12 silkie eggs in an incubator!
 
Welcome from Oregon.... Gotta get some of those marans so you can hang out on the crazy marans thread...... Or some Dark eggers of any kind and come swing with us on the Dark egg thread... My birds lay well into 6 and 7 years old... I feed my birds better than I feed myself....It pays dividends..
