I just couldn't do it... *Updated w/weigts*

Well well, I have no problem of butchering roosters, the thing is they have real tough meat and last time it took 3 hours to cook ther RIR rooster.

I know many hespanic friends, they eat them even if they tough, I think they cook them certain way.

My friend said it went really easy and the birds were nice

The bird is huge! OMG, I haven't seen one this large in a grocery store. They weren't old so I am hoping they aren't tough. They were 28wks around Christmas.

DH is going to weigh them when he gets back home, will post dressed weight in a bit...4.11lbs & 3.9lbs
