Hey, Hey, hey... I paint, know how to use a hammer, do all the landscaping, helped build my coop, put in light fixtures, put up sheetrock, spackle and sand, handle a jigsaw and can change a flat tire... I think he can handle pancake mix.. I could definately survive on my own, for all that I do, he should be able to handle breakfast once in a while!!

That remided me of a rooster we had which my kids named "A.B" after watching the show "Good Eats". The day I was slaughtering my daughter was upset we were getting rid of all the roosters (they were getting mean and stressing out the hens). My son ran up stairs and proclaimed to my wife and daughter - "check it out - A.B. really is Good Eats"!

So do I, did you get him straight from mom to you? Then I bet he knows how to cook, but you have allowed him to FORGET those skills. Let him go without breakfast, come lunchtime he will miraculously remember those long forgotten skills.

I am leaving a note on the counter telling Ken I want biscuits and gravy - the one thing he CAN make and make well... My gift from him today was the three coops he built. We had a bunch of chain link fence panels that were left here. He used the old goat stalls to make three coops!!!

Marlin, I have to do all the building too.... he can, but doesnt get around to it. He works. Thats about it. And mows the lawn.

I am burnt out too. Kids aged 4, 3 and 9 months. My house is always dirty, I never get to take a shower, the laundry is never done, and I always have to clean the kitchen before I can cook.

Anyway, I never complain but this has not been a good day. Sorry.
