I just found all 26 of my ducks headless!?!?

Sorry for your loss. Similar thing happened to one of my hens. We think it was a fox. I’ve heard about foxes going into a killing frenzy and taking the heads off of all the birds in a coop. But they usually take at least one bird.

sounds like a racoon or many, I know that we have ducks and so sorry for your loss by the way, we lost a duck to a bobcat that just darted out and killed our Mork 20 feet away from us while in the yard. It is a terrible feeling to lose your loved animals. Try securring the duck cage so that those darn racoons cannot open up the cage, they know how to open things, my other half put some anti racoon locks on the cage when he made it and put higher in air as well on stilts with a ramp going up.
Raccoons can climb very well. I didn't know that racoons hunt in groups, I've never had that happen.

Wow! where do you live? I would freak out if a bobcat darted out and grabbed one of my chickens!

In the spring, raccoons hunt in groups. I had 4 crawling all over my hardware cloth, but I am pretty sure two or three were the children and the mother was showing them the ropes. Maybe one was dad...not sure.
