I just got a Silkie..

What have I gotten myself into?? They are the sweetest little cuddly birds I've ever seen! Now I want to populate the world with Silkies!!

hehehe I know how you feel. My daughter just had to have one, so we got her one. She sits in the chair with it. It just sits in her lap while she reads. It is only 7 weeks old.

Aww, hearing all your guys' kind words makes me want to go out and get a few more. My one Silkie isn't necessarily mean, but he does not like to be cuddled! Or held. In fact, he makes quite a ruckus out of the whole ordeal.
