I can't believe how lucky I am! It's in Kamiah, half way between Boise & Cd'A, 1,200 ft elevation (can we say NO SNOW) 30 min to Lewiston, hour or so to Grangeville; couple of hours to Spokane, Cd'A & Missoula. We currently live in Middleton (Caldwell). A hidden gem that we lucked out to find

Thats great!!! we have been looking for 5 acres but we just found a bank owned 20 acre parcel in agricultural zoning for the same price as 5 acres in resident zoning our offer was excepted yesturday!!!! Can't wait to get off our 3,000sqft lot in the city and out to the country Im never coming back to the city!! I know how excited you must be good luck!!
