I just have to share....New puppy!!

His coat will get much longer... He's only a week and a half old in this pic. Great Pyrs can have what's called badger markings. It's just dark spots all over. For this one, he has black on his face and one spot on his little rump. The spots vary though, I mean they aren't always that black. A lot of the others were just kind of gray. For me I like the black better

Ahhh! Puppy breath! I can't wait! My guy is coming from a family in TN. She has them all listed on puppyfind.co if you want to check them out!

Glenmar, your dog is beautiful! Very stately! I would love to have one as a family dog too. But for now, I need a guard dog for my creatures!

DH's cousins have one for their goats. My favorite story was from what DS was a baby. He was a fussy fussy colicky baby and would scream every.single.night from around 8:30 on. The only way we could get him calmed down was to take him outside. We were eating at my MILs one night and she was out walking with him. Background: we live out in the country surrounded by DH's family. His cousin's house is behind MILs, probably about 1/2 mile maybe? Anyway, his cousin drove up on the gator to come see if DS had been crying. Evidently he was in the shop and Frosty (their GP) kept coming in, bumping his leg, then going outside... she did it a few times before he followed her out. She kept leading him towards MIL's house. My MIL doesn't trust her b/c she's so big and is afraid she's going to attack her or something, but I have never seen any sign of agression from her.

Good luck with the puppy! I hope she works well for your family!
