Hey, I just received some eggs in the mail and they are all pointed side up. Shouldn't it be the other way around? Should I put them in the incubator pointed side down? Will that hurt them to turn them around? How long should I wait to put them in the incubator? I thought I read up on this am I remembering wrong?

Turn them pointed side down and let them acclimate for up to 24 hours.

pointy end down always. you will want to rest them at least a few hours before you put them in the bator.
