I just set 16 B/B/S Marans eggs this morning. Has anyone else set eggs today?

I set my first ever on the 13th as well. A total of 11 and with the exception of one EExEE, the rest will be mutts. Hope it works out!

Oh wow, your very first hatch. I hope it all works out for you too. It's so addicting. Once you hatch a few, you just can't stop.

What a nice mixture. I just love cochins, especially the bantams. Good luck with your hatch.

I hatched some last year, but I had mama chicken doing all the work. Now that I want a some more, not one of my girls wants to sit so I had to fire up the incubator. It's amazing how much easier it was to let mama take care of everything!
