I just signed up/farmville and farmtown anyone looking to be neighbors

I am looking for neighbors on my farmville and my farmtown, can anyone help out.

On farmville I am looking for presents and on farmtown I am looking for work so I can increase my land and get buildings. Thanks for any and all help. Also I dont' know how to add people so would need to know how to do that. If you need my email just let me know
