I just want them to like me!!

Frozen spinach, or frozen fruit pops (real fruit...I make my own with plain yogurt and freeze it ) YUUUMY

Also mixed fruit (and place in freezer) is great too !

Hold back the feed until they see you and then feed them, they will associate you with feed. They will not starve.

Our girls also LOVE blueberries! At first, I would squish them open so that they would try them, now they gobble them whole! Watermelon is another good one. And, to give them something to do on rainy days, we put spinach in a suet feeder and they peck it out. Whatever the case, same bowl or plate and they will soon be your #1 fans!

Oh yeah - BOSS (black oil sunflower seeds)...it took my girls a few days to figure those out, but now they love them. Mmmmmm

We handle and hand feed treats to our eight week old chicks every day. We've been doing this (well, not the treats until they were ready) since we got them and the person we bought them from did, too. Keep trying. If they're used to being handled, they'll be easier to care for if they get broody or sick. They also have different personalities. One of ours always wants to be handled, one runs in the other direction.

Yup, but I'm too much of a sissy to touch them!

LOL, meal worms are so neat to hold, they are not wet or slimy and their shell is pretty dry, I can hold these and Superworms with no issues, other worms with the exception of silk worms give me the creepies, lol.

Mine love me as long as I'm coming towards them with a dish of yogurt

That is what they have always loved! There are two that really like to be petted-and slowly but surely more of them are coming over to see what all this petting is about and they are slowly liking it too. Just be patient!

Clover! I found out that my 5 weeks olds love the stuff. Not the big purple clover, but the white little clover. I caught my daughter giving it to them yesterday and they definitely enjoyed it.

And cheese... chicken LOVE cheese (all dairy products, really), and raisins, oh yes... (did someone say 'spoiled'?)

treats = chicken love

i don't touch them. i order them online and put them in a container and just shake some out for them. they will jump into my lap and on the container to get them. they have started to get super friendly now at 5 weeks. good luck with your babies
