I keep thinking if I stare something will happen...

21 days is the AVERAGE incubation period. AVERAGE. Which means some hatch earlier and some hatch later. Also, if the temperature in the incubator was a tad bit low, chicks will probably hatch a day later anyway.

Just sayin'......
 
Well I let them go an extra couple of days and did eggtopsy's on them All 6 were infertile!! This was our first time and we didn't see anything when candeling them, I guess that should have been an indication. We ordered 12 more eggs(from a different farm) and are going to try again!

Sorry, cristyr22...a least you know you didn't do anything wrong. I ended up hatching 7 out of the 14 I set. They are really cute, active and healthy. I have 9 more eggs back in the incubator.
