I bought a brooding heater from amazon, very similar- chicks go under for warmth, come out for activity. I loved it and the chicks did really well. No heat lamp!

So here is my version!! I had some crochet covered metal hangers that I used as the form. I then covered everything with press n seal So easy testing it now. I think it is pretty awesome!
