I know it's early but is my BO Hen a Roo ?

"She" is a little over 3 weeks old. The comb is yellow but I'm seeing some pinking up under the chin. This is the only BO I have, so I don't have anything to compare her to. Please let me know what you think. Thanks.

Pinking up under the chin will probably turn to reddish wattles in the next week or so, and then you'll know for sure it's a roo! My BO pullets don't get any pink or red until much older.
 
The pinking under the chin is what happened to my eventual BO roo. Like the previous poster, the girls didn't pink up until later.

Also, future roos develop real wing and tail feathers much later.
