As others have said the first one is a splash laced red Wyandotte from a hatchery. Also looks to be a HE, not a she. Hatcheries claim to be 90% accurate in sexing.

The comb is already starting to to get some color, so that's why I think it may be a cockerel.how can you tell the sex?
