I know this is a hen but no idea what kind...

We had two girls join our flock and I have no idea what they are. Here is a picture of the one that would actually let me photograph her. This is Penny!

Any Ideas? I think she looks like a "Mutt" but i have no idea.

I have 2 girls that look alike. One is Broody though and puffs up like a balloon if anyone gets close lol.
