i know this is not about chickens but what kind of bird egg is this?

The other problem here is you don't know what kind of egg.
The incubation time, humidity, etc all varies for pigeon, dove and quail. Pigeon and Dove would have to be hand fed every couple of hours when they hatch. Really you should do some research before trying to hatch and see what kind of egg would be best for the care you are able to give. Lots of threads and low cost ideas for incubators on this forum, do some research see the minimum amount of materials you would need to buy or scrounge up from friends and family. i would recommend starting out with chickens or quail as they are pretty easy and don't require hand feeding.

Good luck!

I would be carefull with the cardboard on the light, it could get to hot and start a fire.

I have no idea if it will work, but without a thermometer/hyrometer, it will totally be an blind experiment. If it does not hatch, you will not know why, but you can try it I guess! If you dont want to build one. But I would think it could easily get too hot in there with the light reflecting off the pan.

Make sure it's not near your curtins or bed or anything else, just make sure it's not touching anything that could catch on fire.

umm if the shell is gone and it is just a yolk it wont hatch just to let you know
