The other problem here is you don't know what kind of egg.
The incubation time, humidity, etc all varies for pigeon, dove and quail. Pigeon and Dove would have to be hand fed every couple of hours when they hatch. Really you should do some research before trying to hatch and see what kind of egg would be best for the care you are able to give. Lots of threads and low cost ideas for incubators on this forum, do some research see the minimum amount of materials you would need to buy or scrounge up from friends and family. i would recommend starting out with chickens or quail as they are pretty easy and don't require hand feeding.
