You can buy a styrofoam cooler for $2.50 at the dollar store....I know, I just bought one. You can buy a heat lamp with cord for $7, you can buy a thermometer & hygrometer in one for $7 at walmart. I just went and purchased these yesterday. That will be so much better than a pot. For another $10 or so you can buy an LG incubator. Why don't you try looking on ebay or craigslist for used ones. Before I bought my incubator, I saw LG incubators on ebay for $10-$20 and up for used ones. Like everybody says on here, your better off making a 'good' one, or buying a cheap incubator...before buying anymore eggs. Good luck to you!

ok here is the baisics all eggs that u want to hatch need to be incubated by a broody hen or an incubator or they wont develop or hatch. the incubator need to either be a pre made one or a propper homemade incubator or it ownt work hope that helps
