I know what breeds the farmer had. Don't know what I ended up with.

Yeesh, we didn't have very good luck out of those eggs if I only got 1 or 2 pullets out of the bunch :)
Anyone in SW TN want some roos? :)
 
4 is the only probable pullet, and possibly 6. Of course they can develop at individual rates, but usually to see that much red comb and wattle development at 9 weeks means a cockerel.

For comparison, here is a 13 wk barred rock and an 11 wk New Hampshire, both hatchery quality.

@ Jamie,can you explain how you came to your conclusions?
I am not disagreeing with you,just looking to learn.
At 9 weeks, pullets should still have little to no combs/wattles and not much red. Also, they have super thick legs!
