A lot of REALLY good deduction here! Most I believe have correctly assessed that it is a he. However no one has guessed either parent correctly yet. I will give another hint. He came from the same father as the pullet behind him.

I personally see white legs on this chick. There's a "slight" darkening on the top of each leg but the leg looks white to me.
