I Know What it's Not, But What is it?

mostly certainly part EE
leg color and beard indicate this, as well as the common color pattern for them (a little more lacing than normal)
size looks small and tail up right, so the other half that would add lacing could be hamburg?

Ditto... she looks like she could be my silver EE's offspring... if I crossed her with something with a little more lacing and a single comb. And yeah, what color egg does she lay? I'd say blue/green on first guess.

Um the egg..well the owner said that she was laying green eggs but started laying cream ones which is why he decided to get rid of her. But yeah, I don't think her egg colour would suddenly change. She was in with some of my younger non-laying hens and she definitely lays cream. He thinks she's a tainted Ameraucana but I think his birds are actually EEs.

Ihave an EE that lays cream eggs. I was so disapointed at forst but not i think thay are extra special. You can breed for blue, green and brown, but cream is hard to come by! Enjoy them.

I believe Hamburgs have rose combs so that woudn't account for her single comb.

Ameraucanas would lay blue not green eggs. So if he's getting green eggs from his "Ameraucanas" then they are EEs so there's no telling what all colors are in her background. I would ask him what varieties of Ameraucanas he raises and see if he actually comes up with any true Ameraucana colors.
