I Know What it's Not, But What is it?

mostly certainly part EE
leg color and beard indicate this, as well as the common color pattern for them (a little more lacing than normal)
size looks small and tail up right, so the other half that would add lacing could be hamburg?

Um the egg..well the owner said that she was laying green eggs but started laying cream ones which is why he decided to get rid of her. But yeah, I don't think her egg colour would suddenly change. She was in with some of my younger non-laying hens and she definitely lays cream. He thinks she's a tainted Ameraucana but I think his birds are actually EEs.
