a house
A lady posted an ad on craigslist for a washer for a family of 8. We had an extra used one my aunt gave us when ours was broken. We didnt use it because we got ours fixed. It was in the shed. We called her and told her she could have a washer and dryer. She came by to pick it up last night. She said her uncle used to live in our house. Sadly he had died at the kitchen table. He raised turkeys, chickens, ducks, chickens, quail, and a whole bunch of animals. That is why my coops were already here when we moved in. We rent this house so our landlord bought it from this lady's uncle. She said he had all sorts of buildings full of animals. I thought this was so cool! She asked if there was this one shed over near the side of our property. We said no. She then said that he had chickens in a shed over there. We had found a piece of clear colored corrugated plastic over in the woods. She left happy with a washer and dryer for her daughter who has 6 kids.

Cool...

I thought it was cool learning that there was such a diverse amount of poultry here. There is a coop that i am using, and a big red dog house type thing that i had guineas in for a while. Also there is a metal shed that i can use for animals.

She also said that her uncle dug our pond! She used to swim in it when she was little. We recently blued the pond and killed all the algae.

very cool. our house came with a coop also. my husband gave the nesting boxes to his cousin that has an organic farm. here i am three yrs later with the coop filled up again.
