I let my chickens out now i cant find my tiny black hen!!!

You all I let them out and I go outside frequently to check on them. I noticed my small hen is missing! No signs of her anywhere!!! What could of happened?!

So sorry. Hopefully she's roosting in a tree somewhere and will turn up tomorrow. Otherwise, a predator could have gotten to her.
