Imagine the irony... I just posted about losing my job as a teacher and the post directly under mine is about loving being a teacher... then the reply above mine is in regards to being glad about having a job...

I'm going to miss teaching... Hopefully when we move I'll be able to teach again...

I hate it for those teachers who have year round school. If I didn't have summers off I would lose my mind

Although I don't get the whole summer off (band camp, soccer camp, soccer practice, etc.) It is nice to be able to set your schedule. I also love the time I get to spend with my oldest son. While mommy's at work and "Peanut" (youngest) is at day care, we get to spend all day doing cool stuff like riding 4wheelers, fishing, and practicing soccer (his idea). It helps us forgive the 6:30am searches for homework and not getting dressed in time days during school.
