I made a rag doll

Thanks. I found the ptern about a year ago and finally got the nerve to try it. Now I have to make 2 more. I have one started. I plan on giving them to co-workers little girls.

I'll bet they all had the same pattern.

I doubt it, nanna didn't use a pattern!

I think my Grandma used the pattern once and just winged it after that. They all looked similar, but they each had different facial expressions and different color hair.

Very cool!

I bet you could sell them for a pretty penny... those are "in" now..for folks that like the country theme in their house..
check out the country magazines and see how much they are selling for.

OMG! Polly Dolly! This brings back memories. I made that exact same doll for my daughter 27 years ago, when she was 2!

She named her Polly Dolly and dragged her everywhere. They even had a few matching outfits I made them.
Too bad my granddaughter prefers dogs and horses over dolls.

When I was little I named the doll Grandma gave me Debbie. I preferred horses and dogs too, so Grandma made Debbie jeans and button down shirts so she was rugged too.
