I made a rookie mistake. Help!

I DO have an incubator. Should I turn it on? What should I watch for to prompt me to put it in an incubator?

If you had it in an incubator you could keep a better eye on it with out disturbing the mom.

The more you mess with the mom/nest the more like jely something bad will happen...like her crushing it for example.

No...I'd leave it alone.

But I'd also warm the bator up just in case.

Nope, if it hatches early and still has a ton of yolk then you might consider moving.
Right now under mom is the best place.

Guess so. One of the worst things happened to me the other day. We were making breakfast and one egg started bleeding. Out little broody bantam had a baby. We checked the egg and the poor baby was fully developed. Beak,toes,eye, even feathers. There was a bit of yolk but. Now I know to learn from my mistakes.good luck

But yes, the bleeding has stopped and under mom is perfect conditions.

Yes...leave it alone until it hatches.
