I made a rookie mistake. Help!

I DO have an incubator. Should I turn it on? What should I watch for to prompt me to put it in an incubator?
If you had it in an incubator you could keep a better eye on it with out disturbing the mom.
 
Guess so. One of the worst things happened to me the other day. We were making breakfast and one egg started bleeding. Out little broody bantam had a baby. We checked the egg and the poor baby was fully developed. Beak,toes,eye, even feathers. There was a bit of yolk but. Now I know to learn from my mistakes.good luck
