I may have cancer

Well I had a minni stroke last sunday while putting wood in the wood stove all is ok now I guess my surgery is now set for jan. 9th.
I'm trying to not stress about all this going on but it's hard just want it over so I can start being me again. I hate not being aloud to take care of my animals.

I'm sorry that you have had that set back.

You have to take it easy. You may feel lazy at times but let others take the physical strain. You have quite enough to cope with. After your surgery you may feel weak so keep yourself in the best possible shape until then.

Be patient throughout this and give your body the best chance to recover quickly.

It's hard I've done everything myself my whole life. I've never asked anyone for help now i owe my sister over $1000.00 and have no clue how to pay her back. I've sold everything i own but my chickens and it's looking like I will have to sell them or let them starve I'm trying to keep them but the feed is over $80 a month. I just butchered all my broilers at five and a half weeks to conserve on money not much more I can do.

I don't have any words of wisdom for you, but wanted to offer a big virtual hug.

Hang in there.

I am sure your sister can see that you just can't do much right now but hang in there!!!

Sell your chickens while they are fat and sassy IMHO. You can always get more chicks later- chicks are cheap for sure and it will be hard for you to deal with them anyway for awhile. If I had health issues at the moment I'd sell in a heartbeat.
